In order to prevent any form of terrorism or terrorism-related activities, most governments have been quick to label suspects as terrorists and have been quick to use any means necessary to prevent their cause from being heard. The question is, what makes a person a terrorist? Is it just the belief that a government should not be in control of its citizens? Or does it take action against a government that you believe is unjust?
